At Pots & Paints, each item is individually handmade and hand-painted. Due to the nature of our products and the cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping & Transit

All orders are carefully packaged before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

Pots & Paints is not liable for delays, loss, theft, customs-related issues, or damage that may occur during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with domestic and international shipping.

Handmade Nature of Products

All products are handmade and hand-painted. Minor variations in colour, brushwork, pattern placement, and finish are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
