We currently ship within Pakistan, as well as to the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, and selected international destinations. Every order is carefully packed to help ensure it reaches you safely and in the best possible condition.

Order Processing

As our products are handmade and hand-painted, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, or for custom orders.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within Pakistan are generally delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and may take approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight of your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Responsibility

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier. Pots & Paints is not liable for delays, loss, theft, customs-related issues, or damage that may occur during transit.
